How do I exchange my item(s) or get a refund?

AFTER 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT: NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Naturally Made Essentials wants you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase online and is committed to excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange unused merchandise in its original packaging within 15 days from when you received it. Additional restrictions may apply, please see below for return guidelines.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee (excludes items that are incorrect/defective).

Returned merchandise must comply with the following condition guidelines:

  • The manufactures original packaging must be included with all returns.
  • Items must not have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Items must not have been damaged by pollutants such as cigarette/ cigar smoke or embedded fragrances and items such as cologne/perfume.
  • Items must be completely free of any Human Hair, Animal Hair, Dander, or Dirt.

If you would like to exchange your item for another style, size or color, there will be a $15 exchange fee in place of the 10% restocking fee. Items must adhere to the same condition guidelines stated above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If any item is damaged upon receipt please notify us immediately and we will make arrangements for a replacement. If an incorrect item was shipped in error we will replace the item as quickly as possible and issue a return label for the incorrect item at no cost to you.

Unless items are defected or incorrect, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Naturally Made Essentials is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit. We always recommend that your item is shipped and insured for the full purchase price by a trackable carrier (e.g. UPS or FedEx).

Naturally Made Essentials will inspect all returned merchandise and return it to you without a refund if item does not comply with our standards. If we find the item returned to be in good condition we will refund you the purchase price within 5-7 business days. You will be refunded in full if the return is the result of a manufacturer error.

What do I do if I received the wrong item or my item is defective?

If this happens, we are truly sorry.  Please email us at support@naturallymadeessentials.com and tell us your order number and how we messed up.  Pictures are always helpful.  We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the correct item.  We will pay for your shipping to send the incorrect one back to us.  We are human and do make mistakes.  We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

How much is shipping?

This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to.  Our standard US shipping cost is $5 unless you order a large amount of weight.  On FREE promotional items shipping ranges from $6.95 - $9.95 as we are shipping from our different warehouses.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not offer international shipping.  This is something that will be available in the near future.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This depends on the product ordered.  Most of our t-shirts and apparel products are printed on demand.  It typically takes only a few days to get your shirt printed and shipped out.  Extremely popular designs can cause a 1-2 week delay in printing.  Once shipped, it only takes your order to arrive within a few days.  We currently have print shops throughout the US.

For other items like free promotional items please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery depending on demand.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
